Normally with advantages of classic wire-transfer or cash transfer to procure i.e. buy a boat ,we and our associates are able to offer financing for vessel or yacht selected by yourself. With financing program nor package, produced by associates, you are able to become owner of NEW Yacht(s) in Croatia ,without any additional mortages and/or guarantees. Financing of New Yachts in Croatia by this package requires only 38% (minimum) of down payment to financing institution. (Terms and Conditions can be provided upon request) If your decission is to buy a Yacht in Croatia as individual person or through a company (company foundation assistance is also included in this service - BY Henly and Partners Croatia). We can operate/chater your vessel !!!! F.Y.I. Yacht or Motorboat will be registered in CRS (Croatian Register Of Ships - Center Split) on behalf our company. Usual period of time (Yacht registration with our company ,depends about time indicated for refunding to bank), of financing is five (5) years. Upon complete repayment of financing package your yacht will become your own property. Additionaly you will be entitled to pay; value added tax, to your yacht validated amount of vessel commercial charter. You are able to reclaim VAT if you have procured a yacht through a Croatian company , against your company VAT liabilities. VAT can not be reclaimed if you have procured a Yacht in Croatia as individual person. Condition to use this financing package: Income from chartering of Yacht in Croatia is splitted as follows: Owner of Yacht 70% of income and Navis Yachting 30% of income. F.Y.I. Navis Yachting has following obligations :
- Marketing of boat for charter on Yacthing expos or fairs in order to gather certain number of clients and office work
- Agents Commission for booking (varies 15 % - 20%)
- Services of Yacht such as : Engine service,Hull maintenence,Cleaning Inside and Outside
- Towing of Yacht to nearest marina and/or safe berth if any failure with our own FAST Boat,but if possible remday of failure on location
- Immediate and regular (timed) small reparations during Charter in Croatia
F.Y.I. Owner of Yacht has following obligations :
- Full insurance of vessel in Croatia covering all risks including insurance of third parties
- Yacht Certificates and Licences/Renovation of registration
- Arrangement and payment of documents issued by Ministry of Maritime Ministry (Local Authorities) necessary to run Yacht Commercially/Charter: Cabotage, Concession, Temorary Import documents
- Mooring Expences either, sea or land berths
- Renovation of used equipment or parts if our of order, docking (Travell Lift expences)
- Spare Parts for Engine
- Undewater protection material with exception to final layer of antifouling, winter preparation of yacht and it's engine
- Additional equipment as per request
All service works,shown hereabove and other if any to be performed in Home Base of Yacht, as per prices indicated by management of Marina and Navis Yachting pricelist. If any additional works are performed necessary for normal operation of Yacht, the owner of same will be advised accordingly about such works. Upon completition of works carried out : Settlement Of Accounts, Materials Used Certificate to be presented to the owner of the Yacht. Average charter period for Sailing Boat (if you are the owner of Sailing boat) is 15-24 weeks and for MotorYacht (If you are the owner of MotorYacht) is 10-18 weeks. Conclusion is that value of boat, after five years, is double than the amount invested as equity. If you decide to sell Yacht we will give all efforts to sell it at best price possible. Normally you are entitled to use (BOOK) your Yacht during this period of financing ,but as follows :
- High Season: MAX two weeks
- Low Season: Four Weeks
